What make of T-34 was used exported to Africa and the Middle East?
I would think it would be the later model T-34/85?.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Yes. The T34/85 is always the model I've seen in pictures and news footage.

That's a good article on the use of T-34 in the wars after WWII. Alas - Article in Russian. Use the Google translator.

But the Russian forum about the postwar fate of the tanks. A huge number of photos:

I'm not aware that any other model of the T34, other than the /85 was exported anywhere (even the DPRK). So if it's postwar and you read T34, it's the T34/85.

The Poles and Czechs kept making them into the 1950s, many of the T-34/85s exported overseas came from these sources. If you are anal about these things for most post-war T-34s you want the T-55 style roadwheels. Personally, I'll settle for any.

Egypt also had the T-100 tank-killer variant:
(this particular example was captured by Israel and is now displayed at
Yad La-Shiryon
)
