1/56 VW Bug

The cute 1938 "People's Car"  But I couldn't resist and made up some decals for racing:



Not sure if we'll offer them yet or not.  Maybe with other sets so you can have a race.  Yah, wrong year for the bug... But he'll cause havoc on the WW2 raceways.

Your timing(or is it mine?) is terrible, I purchased and painted the Tamiya version only a few weeks ago. My mother had one and she called it 'Hitler's Revenge'. I showed the Tamiya one to my wife and she said 'Ah a fusca! My father had one'. One of the first time I've ever seen her smile when I have produced a new toy. Still, I have enjoyed putting your G-Wagens together. Very nicely realised models. You should talk to Kosta about producing a German crew.

Now if you did a Kombi.....

Oh and if anyone wants I have a link to the factory colour swatches for the original civvy versions somewhere on this PC.

Ha Ha, I must get one, my mum had one when i was a Kid, bright yellow it was, In summer it got covered in flies and bees thinking it was a flower!

Well, I have 3 sets of racing decals, so you'll need three anyway   The plan is to release some scenarios/rules later this year after we play test it.  Sort of like the "Great Race", but with more guns and explosions.  And we need the dastardly villain's car...

Thanks for the paint codes!  Kombi..sigh.  I want one in real life.  I promise you that if I do get one, I will do the whole series in 1:56.  I have to make do with my 1970 VW caddy--which is not fully restored nor running yet
