Ramshackle Deadly Mutant Plants

Did some of these for my retro sci-fi project:

Lovely models. Lots of character... Especially considering that they're plants.

I've just watched the truly dreadful movie Konga, in which Michael Gough turns a baby chimpanzee into a giant man-in-a-gorilla-suit by feeding it with cells from mutated carnivorous plants.  Those would do nicely for his greenhouse, except that they are probably more convincing than the props the film-makers used.
Back from the dead, almost.

Very nice. I have some these and they will be alien plants in my retro post Apoc setting. I may need more!  lol

If only he'd make some variations on the big one. That would be an awesome unit!  lol

The song "suddenly Semour" springs to mind. Great stuff. I like the ramshackle stuff but have never mangaged to get around to buy anything... yet.

Hehe, but I used walnuts for the aliens you know. The Walnusians.  lol

But I should give it a go with the plants as well. The construction looks exceedingly simple barring the leaves perhaps.  ;D
