Pulp Armoured Car?

How about this beauty from 1932 for tooling about the hidden corners of the world with your hero? I must admit I've never heard of it but it certainly is attractive!  :)

Check out the main site, too, for some more excellent 3D renderings, many of which would make great Pulp or BOB vehicles.

Cheers!

What you are you looking at is basically a RNAS Rolls-royce armoured car from WW1. Upgraded in 1920 and 1924. Saw a lot of service, especially in colonial Africa right up until 1941.

Sorry, but it's got nothing to do with Rolls-Royce.  Two prototype vehicles were built in 1931 by James Cunningham, Sons & Company in the US.  They were powered by an 8 cylinder Cunningham gas engine and armed with one .50 and two .30 cal machine guns.

I stand corrected. I'll take one of them too (although there are no 1/48 models of the RR armoured car anywhere that I can find)

Just hold on a little while longer...Company B has at least four variants of the beast in 1/56 scale on the way!
