copplestone cavalry

Hey,
Can someone tell me do you get 4 cav figures per pack when you order direct from Copplestone? It says you get 10 infantry figures(random variants) per pack but I couldn't find anything for the mounted guys and some US traders have them in 3 figure packs.. so..... ?????
Thanks Pete

???

If you order from Copplestone, you get what's on his website
http://www.copplestonecastings.co.uk/range.php?range=BOB
so 4 cavalrymen on the picture means that you receive 4. I ordered some and I always received the same number as was on the pics.

Thanks.I thought that was the case but a US retailer had some on sale in 3 figure packs so I was a bit confused.
At only 3 figs its not so great a sale price so I just wanted to make sure.

Fitterpete is correct. I bought a set of horse figs from a US company - the War Store, I believe - thinking it was a sale or deal and was very disappointed to get only three figures in the set. Very frustrating when it was a command set that had only 3 of the 4 figures. Seems like a rip off to me.

I asked him about this once.  The answer basically was "'Four if you order direct, 3 is you get them through a distibutor or some one else".  Not really sure why.  Ben ordering direct ever since then.

Ditto. I'd rather get the full sets and the 3 packs don't represent any sort of saving. Plus, you can't beat 10% shipping across the pond. On top of it all, Mark's a really nice guy.

That's the usual practice there, distributors do get only 3 cavalry figure packs, actually a bit annoying and not really fair against the retailers putting them at this sort of disadvantage.

That's because 4 don't fit into the blisters they use.

And the infantry blisters you get from the distributors are mixed, so if you get a blisters of BoB chinese infantry it's a mix of the regular ones, the fur hat models and the marching models. At least that was the case when I bought my last blisters a few years back. Only direct orders from Copplestone for me now.
