Hi gents

I'm trying to look for WW2 soviet paratroopers looking like theses gents

Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason you want paras? If you want "elite" troops, I might suggest the scout formations at Divisional level and above. Failing that, certain Naval Infantry units did some amazing things as well. Both are represented in 28mm.

to tell the truth was going to use them more in a pulp game then world war two. already have a group of Naval Infantry to make up an elite unit in any ww2 games.

As an elite infantry you can use the NKVD (Chekists) unit.
During the war, have been set up sabotage and reconnaissance battalions of the NKVD. These battalions were selected the best people from the entire Russian army. These were athletes, expert on contact fighting, expert rifleman. They were very thorough and extensive training. These units became the prototype of the modern Russian special forces.

To create them, you can use ordinary Russian figures in camouflage uniforms (scouts). The only external difference - the officer may be a cap with a coloring of the NKVD.

The only GPW era Soviet paratroopers I can think of are the 1/72 Zvezda ones for Art of Tactic. Pity really, I think these would make a really nice addition to any WW2 range.
