I think it's GREAT, but it would benefit from a slightly shorter and rather beefier neck. If you look at the drawing, the neck is nearly as thick as the diameter of the head.

The head itself looks great as do the new body! I'd gladly buy several once I'm back in black, financially speaking.

I think you got it perfectly, you catch up the essence of the beast. Great!

Great.  The new body looks excellent. :)

There's something throwing me off about the jaw; I don't know what it is.  The jaw hinge is in the same position as the drawing, but somehow it seems further forward. (Makes me think of Reginald the bird from Nedroid)  Maybe if the back of the jaw was bulked out a bit more... but it's not a dealbreaker.

And if I might be so bold, I like it a lot better than Otherworld's DnD-style 'Arnie with a vulture head' hook horror...

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone, I never thought he would be this popular  :o

I will see about getting him cast up and made available.

I know what you mean, I've still got a little bit to do on the head.

Do you think I should do a few different heads to go with him?

Your suffering will be legendary, even in hell

It's splendid!
If it'll be cast, I'm definitely getting one - always wanted to make a Malal warband for Mordheim.
