Thank you for the kind words gentlemen! In answer to Mad Lord Snapcase's question, the figure is from Dixon. It's either from their Old West or ACW line. They make an almost identical figure with a derby instead of a straw hat.

 I believe she was produced by Ral Partha for an RPG called Rifts.

I played rifts back in the day, funnily enough I played a rocketeer type PC.
Never knew about the figures though, I'll have to hunt her down.
