Doctor Who in 15mm
« on: 11 July 2013, 05:25:39 AM »
Does anyone know of any 15mm manufacturers of Doctor Who miniatures?  In addition, any idea on what figures to convert?  Thank you.

Bit of a late reply, but CP Models might have some suitable miniatures: http://www.cpmodelsminiatures.co.uk/CP%20MODELS%2015MM%20SCI-FI%20MINIATURES.htm

The middle one could be used as an ood with the addition of an orb in the hand.

If you would file off the points at the end of their heads these could pass as rutans, I think.

Axons/Krynoid?

And these could be used as UNIT (http://www.cpmodelsminiatures.co.uk/CP%20MODELS%2015MM%20MODERN%20MINIATURES.htm)

15mm.co.uk makes a whole line of almost-Ood (http://15mm.co.uk/Octopod_Aliens.htm):

I think you could use one of the civilians from Rebel Minis as The Doctor with the right paint job:

Teh guy on the far left would make a good 9th Doctor, and you could clip off the briefcase of the guy in front - give him the right suit, and you've got a good proxy for the 10th Doctor.

The most inventive I've ever seen were Kaptain Kobold's Dr Who and UNIT Army for HOTT.  I think he's moved to Oz now and they are no longer posted on his Stronhold site.  However, you can still find some photos here:

Thanks for the mention of my ranges

Also after many requests for the separate heads to be available on their own I have now made them available as packs of six loose identical heads plus a pack of 10 randomly mixed heads

Thought they might be of interest to you guys trying to convert figures
