(COMMERCIAL)Left hand miniatures?

Has anyone used left hand miniatures. I have tried to make a urchins from them a couple of times for their "vintage miniatures" (OOP) but have never received a reply. They say if you are I the US you can just make a straight purchase but for overseas he will invoice you. Two attempts later over a period of 4-6 months, nothing. Anyone know anything. I really have been after some old chaz Elliot heartbreaker miniatures.
