Easy to assemble 20mm WWII models?
« on: 27 August 2013, 09:49:36 PM »

Other than Plastic Soldier Company, Armourfast and Pegasus which company offer "easy assembly" 20mm model kits for WWII?

Cheers! 8)

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

Zvezda have started doing some - I've got a Tiger I early model.

Italeri do a few but sadly seem to have discontinued a lot of them.

I know you're looking for plastic, but if you haven't seen them, Frontline does great 20mm resin WW2 stuff that is inexpensive, very few parts and robust for gaming.

Good luck.

Thanks all for your replies.

@ Amalric, resin is fine too… In fact I’ve already bought a Frontline Opel Maultier… thought I’m pretty sure I didn’t glue the cab in the right spot and the it sit too high… and now it won’t come apart :?

V, thanks for the picture! Very nice work! 8)

Oh, and if you haven't checked it out yet, take a look over at the Guild site.

http://www.guildwargamers.com/phpBB3/index.php?sid=5d7f08823d528ea9a849818f3a22b84a

It's an unbeatable source for all things WW2 20mm and eye candy galore.
