Anyone ever dealt directly with Kai Nesbit?

Has anyone ever dealt directly with Kai Nesbit, one of the owners of Cipher? Has he been good to work with?

I wanted to ask him about something fairly specific, but it's a bit of a longshot and I'd prefer to avoid annoying someone pointlessly.
