Zulu War Figure ID

Anyone know who makes this fig? I thought it was Baker Company but no sign of it on their website so I'm probably mistaken, cheers in advance  :)

edit: I didn't look close enough; it looks like it but is not the same miniature (hands on rifle; tilt of head); sorry :?.

It's very similar but I'm pretty sure my figure predates Empress.

It looks like Baker company to me. The rifle looks very similar.

What happened to the Baker Co Zulu War Range? There's sod all on their web site, just some Navy and a few characters  ???

Pretty much  lol  These are great Paul but who's selling them nowadays, it doesn't seem to be Baker Company  ???

Sure I saw this with Black Tree Design? Maybe that's where some of the Baker Company stuff ended up?
