1st Maryland Infantry Regiment("The Maryland 400")

The 1st Maryland Infantry Regiment otherwise known as "The Maryland 400" for their gallant actions at Long Island is a famous regiment in the American army that fought both in the Northern and Southern campaigns is a must do on many AWI enthusiasts list and a regiment I certainly couldn't resist doing.

Very nice painting. I know next to nothing of the war, but with regiments like this to field I think it's time ot have a little look.
