15mm Early War German armour
« on: May 10, 2015, 02:40:59 PM »
Well,

after nit picking other people stuff for a while  lol.... a series of images from my latest painting:

It is mainly a series of early war Panzers. The Panzer III are from PSC (in F and G variants) with two old Quality Castings thrown in. The other vehicles are from Zvezda.

Before sending you to my blog...

Arrigo,

The paint / color scheme is very convincing.

Your bases are very effective 'frames' for  your artistry.

Many thanks for posting your beauties.

Best wishes,
Sendak

I like the early German armor for my gaming.

Glad you like it.

The two QC Panzer III had been painted three times to get them right... first time was more than 10 years ago and I was unsatisfied (understatement) so last summer I repainted them... and the first try was bad (tried to wash them, but panzer grey washed black is pretty awful), so I needed another try... and got happy. Then I used the lessons learned in the last ten days...

Now I have only to do one 88mm, one tractor, and two Pak 38 (for the 1941 version) and 5 Skoda...
