Alamo books
« on: 24 June 2023, 12:43:29 AM »
I would like to read a history of the battle of the Alamo and the events which lead up to it but have no idea where to start.

Any suggestions of books to read on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any assistance offered.

Texian Iliad by Stephen L Hardin. Its a history of the whole Texas Revolution campaign. Very well written, it reads like a novel.
"These creatures do not die like the bee after the first sting, but go on age after age, feeding on the blood of the living"  - Abraham Van Helsing
