I picked up one of the new gw plastic commissars and gave it a quick paintjob over lunch at college.Currently in a painting contest at gw leicester, im pretty happy with it. :)


(bad photo was taken by gw staff member for their facebook with a shaky phone.)

Nice painting. That model has a particularly nice bionic arm.  I dont recall seeing a Commissar with a beard before actually.  The beard is painted on (rather nicely too), rather than a a sculpted on one, isnt it?

Indeed it is.i always found it odd that these men fighting for years on end are so well shaven.
