It was a brief tongue-in-cheek musical sing-a-long supervillain show delivered online, starring Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible, and Nathan fillion as his dimwitted superhero nemesis Captain Hammer. It was free when it originally aired, but I think you have to buy it now to see it.
