Ayup, it's from Pulp Figures. Part of the Delancy Street set Mila's working on for Pulp Alley bystanders.

Actually the purple people did have an elderly cleaning lady named 'Dulcie' in the house. (House pic below) This is an actual house in a suburban Aussie street that the film company bought and painted purple for the film, in which the purple people cult lived and held their ceremonies.  ;)
