Nazi Saucer Troops
« on: 07 August 2008, 12:24:28 PM »
right, after finishing my saucer (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=6949.0), it popped into my over active imagination that it would work for Weird War 2 (even though I don't do Weird War 2).... so can anyone suggest some suitable Nazi Saucer Troops.... I've been eyeing the Artizan Thrilling Tales range and someone on Frothers suggested the Pulp Zeppelin troops, but wondered what else was out there.......

cheers...  :D

Well, I'd recommend you to check out the Weird War II showcase (link in my sig) in the German section.

Westwind has powerarmoured FJ, some with jetpacks I think.
Brigade Games has female nazi rockettroops, but only one model.
Eureka Miniatures had some (now OOP) German rockettroopers in gasmask and pickelhaube (more WWI) which you might still be able to get if you mail them.

You could also use the Zeppelin troopen from Pulp Figures. There are ones with gas masks that would work well.

I am painting a pack of these for Dave as his saucer crew, they certainly look the part.
