Now if it were a '27 Pittsburgh Pirates, '33 Washington Senators, '41 Brooklyn Dodgers, or '42 Homestead Greys, then full marks awarded.

Aside from the very real morale handicaps Pulp Participants experience sans skimmer, studies show dice defy the derby deficient & boater bereft.

I quite agree my friend, we should introduce 'The Sans-Chapeau' penalty. Now all we have to do is work out what dire restrictions are placed on the hatless amongst us!
