This is a conversion (right arm with thompson added) of a chaplain available SOMEWHERE. The page with this image states this is a Great War miniature, and I know I've seen him for sale somewhere, but damned if I can find it on the North Star site. Does anyone know what line he's from?
EDIT: He MIGHT be the fellow second from the right in this pack, but the picture is so small I just can't tell:
