Posting photos from an ipad 4?

As the subject states how dose one upload ones photos from an ipad to this here forum and also how do I put up my avatar pic cause it says the one I want to use is to big? Many thanks in advance.

As for photo's, I use photobucket, but you could use any (free) webservice to store your photos. Once you've done that, you can paste the link to your photo in your message.

Sorry for taking so long to respond but I'm a chef and my Xmas started at the end of October. I'll try it this weekend and hopefully I'll get some images uploaded. Again many thanks.
