Good 3D sculptors?

Does anyone here have experience working with 3D sculptors? Are there any that stand out? Also, does anyone know who sculpted the Victrix Romans?

I believe Andrew Rae of Statuesque Miniatures uses 3D modelling now a days. Might be worth dropping him a wee email?
