S and S Models LAV III finished
« on: 17 May 2015, 05:58:54 PM »
Got one of my four 1/72 scale LAV IIIs from S and S Models done yesterday. Quite chuffed with how it came out.

finished LAV 003 by Hotlead2009, on Flickr

finished LAV 007 by Hotlead2009, on Flickr

finished LAV 005 by Hotlead2009, on Flickr

I am obviously eagerly anticipating "Fighting Season" from TFL.

More verbage about the build and paints used etc on my blog:

Thanks for looking!
James

Looks great, love the cooler on back
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

That one didn't just roll off the factory floor!  Good job!

It's from Legend Productions M1 Abrams stowage set.
I'd noticed coolers in bunch of image searches so I had to get a couple for my LAVs! :-)
I think it adds a bit of character.
