Bought from them a few times. Was years ago, but I remember them being entirely up-and-up.

IIRC one time there was a delay due to a mini I ordered being between stock statuses, but they emailed to notify me right up front after I ordered, rather than just letting it ride until asked like most vendors do in similar circumstances.

I too have had excellent service from Rattlehead. I highly recommend them, they have lots of smaller lines that sometimes are harder to find.
