I also stand ashamed!  lol

Well, you reserved 0.01% chance for a commercial product so you can use that as a defence. Poor Rhoderic, however, has no other options than performing seppuku.

I think they can only redeem themselves by building scratch building that gate+wall scenery in 1:56 now :D

I think seppuku might be easier, and less painful...

HO kits can work very well indeed for 20mm (1:72 or 1:76) projects. A lot of HO stuff isn't really true to 1:87 scale.

Just another reason to give in to the 20mm temptation!

I do have some 15-20mm stuff, but it's mostly sci-fi stuff. I've tried a few scales, but I'm happiest at 28-35mm. I'm a skirmish beast at heart. I don't mind the odd game of Warmaster or 15mm FUBAR, even 20mm FoF/Tomorrow's World, but 28mm is where it's at, unless it's regimental, then going above 15mm is pretty daft IMO.

To be fair, looking at the picture of the cast of the tower, notice that it looks like it has a different top? So the orthodox church bit was a conversion, so it's not too surprising that people smelled shenanigans...
