Portuguese Marines 1809 Some help please.

I've long been contemplating modelling the Anglo-Portuguese forces for the capture of French Guiana. The recent appearance locally of the Warlord Games plastic Portuguese gave it a little kick along.  

The trouble is that the Portuguese Marines, the Brigada Real da Marinha, weren't wearing the standard infantry outfit as per all the current ranges of Portuguese troops on the market. Head swaps I can manage as I intend to buy the WG plastic Portuguese anyway and I should have a surfeit of barretina caps for conversion purposes but finding suitable body types has eluded me so far.

Can anyone think of some suitable figures that would approximate these? Preferably scaleable with Perry/ Victrix/ Warlord ranges? Assistance much appreciated.

I think your best bet would be plastics Victrix Napoleonic French infantry 1804-1807 or 1807-12 bodies combined with British 'Waterloo' shakos? Alternatively you could try Perry AWI full uniformed bodies (but the coatee might be too long?)with Perry heads?
