Bogdanwaz' Frostgrave
« on: 15 December 2015, 07:09:47 PM »
I posted some pictures from our recent Frostgrave game. It was a multiplayer game combining two of the scenarios from the basic book and the Thaw of the Lich Lord:

I spot some old Ral Partha "Angel of Death" minis in there. Kudos for the Old School feel!

My mouth literally started watering when I saw that terrain.

The big church at the back of the table is made from two Pegasus gothic building kits, I think it's called "small building #1."  The floors and roof are from a kit sold by Dave's Baggage Train designed specifically for the Pegasus kits.  It's not on their website, they sell them at conventions, but if you email them, they could probably give you the info on them.  They are great kits and really enhance the Pegasus stuff.

Grand, grand. Any chance this will develop into a longer story-game as your Ruritania games?
It's nothing, sir. Just a burn from a ray gun.

Thanks, Doowop.  We've been running these as one night, mostly fill-in games between sessions of our regular role-playing games.   I've been thinking about trying to add a narrative component to it, maybe using the Thaw of the Lich Lord as the basis.
