All my bases are custom cut for me by a guy in Florida. I get about a dozen different sizes from him all cut to my specifications.
I'm just guessing here, but I am pretty sure you can find a metal works shop near you that can do the job.
The guy I get them from has nothing to do with wargaming. He's just owns his own metal shop.
