Figures for Asian themed Warband

How do they measure up with other 28mm figures? For some reason the figures look almost diminutive in the photos from Watchful, as if they're on the smaller side of "true 25mm", but I can't tell what size slottabases they're standing on (the standard 20mm normally used for human-sized infantry, or the larger 25mm often used for hulking WHFB Orcs and the like), which makes a big difference as the bases are the only point of reference.

Once I get them built and painted I will do a side by side comparison to other 25mms.  I don't think thatey are too small.  They are I think true 25s not herroic or 28mm.

I am looking closely at Clash of kings minis there is an asian themed group that has some really nice looking minis.

I've decided to go near-East for by merry band (will post more shortly) - but as I scanned the web to build my gang I did stumble across Xiang Lung from Reaper who would make a pretty snazzy wizard:
