The base, is it one of those plastic coins from a set of toy coins. I have seen some at some Asian markets here in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Also when I have been up in Vancouver BC.

No. Metal Feng Shui Coin - from Ebay. 22mm diameter which means the perfect size to stick on top of a 25mm slotta base.
