That style isn't my cup of tea. I'm all for cartoony cavemen, but there's something about it that doesn't click with me. And the animal poses are strangely static and stiff compared to the cavemen.
Good luck, though. It's always a good thing when someone tries something unique, in a time when most new miniature games look exactly the same.
Also kudos for actually sculpting them for real and not resorting to computer sculpting. That's way too rare in kickstarters, too.

I love the look of these... just great and goofy! I am sure my kids will love them too. I'm in at the $1 level while I figure out whether I can spring for the whole lot.

Question - will there be a printed rulebook, or just the pdf rules?

Nice to see it has been 50% funded in the first day already too!

Thanks for the kind words people

@Bugpope each to their own I guess, the style is quite deliberate and hits the exact spot we were going for. The cavemen being significantly smaller than most of the creatures we could play around with more pose wise and being that the whole project was designed for play with kids in mind every bit as much as adults we decided to go with robust larger models that would stand up well to a bit of rough handling, hence more simpler sculpts this time around without need of fancy poses or extra pieces was the order of the day.


@Timbor, thank you we were going for goofy and heavily toonified   For the rules question we have the pdf of the rulebook included in this campaign only, with plans for a hard cover rulebook later in 2017 if that helps. We're actually contemplating running it as a 'living rulebook'  in a closed group (for pledgers) for a little while prior to printing just so we can remain open to our supporters feedback.
