First this is a big sucker if you have not seen it. It is over a twelve inches high and the wings are twelve inches again.
Basically it is tiamat from Dungeons and Dragons.
Each of the heads has taken me an evening to do and I have used graft, gw and privateer paints. Once I mount it on the base I do a oil wash over each of the colors to blend them in further and take away some of the harsh contrasts.
I have started on the body and now base coated the wings so it is progressing.
