Yeah, I think it's "Borrowed Time". I tracked down on YouTube. Not bad at all.

Yes, it's Borrowed Time. I've edited the original post to have the YouTube version (the creators uploaded it to Vimeo first so I went with that option as the "official" version)

It's not by Pixar, though it's in similar visual style (and it's possible some Pixar staffers might be involved?). It's an independent job.
