The miniatures in the pic are 28mm : they are the former Copplestone Glory of the Sun range currently sold by North Star under the North Star 1672 banner.
They are wearing mid to late 1660's coats and are therefore ideal for the Carignan-Salières regiment : in fact, they're currently the most accurate figures on the market for that period in addition to being very nice sculpts.
There aren't many alternatives if you don't like them : the very old Dixon Grand Alliance range has an advancing musketeer with crossbelts that can pass muster although the cuffs sit a bit low on the sleeve for the period (ref. GA 5). The waistbelt was not introduced in the French army until the 1680's so all figures wearing apostles on a shoulder belt and a bayonet on a waistbelt are incorrect for the period if you wish to be accurate. This is the reason why the Front Rank and Warfare ranges won't work as the figures were sculpted with the 1685-1700 sub-period in mind, long after the Carignan-Salières regiment had left Canada. Ditto for the old Reiver Castings range, who also happen to be remarkably ungainly figures.
At a pinch, you may want to look at the Firelock Games Blood and Plunder range : they do a pack of European musketeers with the right accoutrements, though you'll have to overlook the fact that their coats aren't quite right for the 1660's.
