Space Cowboy heads?

I know that Puppets of War have some 28mm heads wearing Cowboy hats but has anyone come across a parts company doing heads in Stetson hats... I'm looking for more a uniform group more Calvary than Cowboy as I want to work on a few Tex City Judges for my Judge Dredd games.
I would love not to cut up any figures just for the sake of perhaps no more than 10 of so figures and I cannot see myself "greenstuffing" anything near decent.
Anything out there?
