I just got a couple of the new Warbases Roman buildings.  Some pictures and brief review on my blog:

They've come out very well. I do like how you have done the interiors.

Very nice, indeed.

BTW, how is the scale on those? I've got some buildings from Najewitz and the doorframes are more of a Foundry or Warlord mini size and Gripping Beast and Footsore minis need to stoop to get through the door. On the other hand, I've some Grand Manner buildings where the doors and windows are very large, even for Gripping Beast/Footsore, and dwarf Foundry minis. And they're all "28mm."

I'm curious where these Warbases' buildings fall on the size spectrum. Most of my city buildings are Najewitz and I'll probably add some Hovels as I think they're about the same size, but I need a Principia. Warbases look as if one could make a Principia with the porticos on the sides, this villa gate you show here and the main villa building at the rear but I'm not sure which pieces would make up the corners of the porticoes and villa.

In any case, it would be great to know how large this thing is compared to other ranges. Any chance for a picture with minis?

You go to war with the figures you have, not the figures you wish you had!

Very nice!  I like the interiors too... the owner clearly has grandiose ideas, as he's copied the garden mural from the Empress Livia's dining room!!

Aieee, I totally missed the blog! :? Read the sentence without it even registering while I was looking at the picture. Doh! I feel stoopid!

Many questions answered and I too really like those interiors! What a great idea! Looks really good as well as very unique personal touches

They look excellent! They would go great with my Late Roman/Arthurian stuff, but I really don't need another project just now.....like that ever works for any of us!  ;)
