Missed your initial post but just read through your blog and found it really interesting, alway liked the medieval and early renaissance Italian wars so I look forward to tracking the rest of this project as it develops.

Right, here we go. I was playing on the Imperial side, so most of the shots are from my end of the table.



Part of the ruins of Old Lodi.



The defenders look with alarm toward the advancing Milanese forces.



Muslim archers of Frederick's army hurry to take up positions near the church.



Led by the Cardinal, a Milanese charge crashes into the defenders' flank.



A heroic man-at-arms of Lodi cuts a swathe through the Milanese forces.



Imperial knights see off the Milanese attack on the left, but can't get themselves together to turn about and come back toward the centre.



Milanese knights dash through the broken defense lines and capture the altar.
