Create Grimoire

Sorry if this has been asked before, but can you create a Grimoire of a spell you only have on a scroll?
Last game, I found 2 scrolls of Create Grimoire, and I was wondering if I could use them (both) to make a grimoire of Create Grimoire.

You can use the scroll to automatically cast the Create Grimoire spell necessary to start the creation and you could use (IMO) the second scroll to cast the Create Grimoire spell to embed it in the grimoire, but only if you already know Create Grimoire.

That's what I thought, but I was getting myself caught in a mental loop of "but what if..."
