I'd like to include a basic set of decals.  Any suggestions?  I'll need to send out the art tonight so I can ship everything together  :o

Maybe just sticking with any existing Tiger II style markings which you have/ generic German stuff would work. Unless someone's going for a post-WWII "German remnants fighting alongside the Allies against the Soviets" thing, in which case Bundeswehr might be useful, WWII era stuff should do. Otherwise you may want to go down the lines of Hydra stuff, but I'm not sure how many people here at least are doing that. ...But it'd be laugh. :)

I agree with Wymalla, a basic late war set would be fine, there were some pretty wacky ones, Balkankreuzes  in yellow & blue, numbers in red & blue etc. Hollow white numbers plus the letters/symbols for HQ  vehicles & the white outline Balkankreuz (with no black cross) would be good. If you've got access to the AK Interactive  1945 German Colours Camouflage Profile Guide there's pretty much all the options.

Yeah, I also received mine (#D11) but I had sent an email in February to Company B saying that I was forfeiting the $10 from the pre-order. Can't afford getting caught by Customs again, specially on orders from the US :\

Ouch, I hear you there, British C&E charge 20% & then the Post Office sticks another £8 on top for putting it on a shelf until you pick it up >:( Perhaps we can convince Rich H to start his own miniatures business lol

I'm seeing the offer for the extra metals for the turret, but is there an option for then adding the bits for another tank for that turret/ track set to go along with?

Yeah, an European company doing paper panzers would be great.

Here in Portugal we don't know how much we'll pay until we receive the actual parcel at home. First you receive a nice Customs form at home saying that they have stopped the parcel at their services and that we need to send them the receipt for it. After all the paperwork is sent, we need to wait for several weeks until - without any warning whatsoever - the postman brings you the parcel and collects the random amount Customs decided. At least you only pay the post office for the storage space if it exceeds 1 month there.

In these past months I've paid a lot of Customs fees because I received several parcels from US Kickstarters. And when that happens, they put you in a special list and all your parcels from outside the EU get stopped, even those that are marked as gifts. I guess the assume you are rich or a smuggler :\

For anyone that needs it, I'm happy to include an invoice in the package for $10 US, showing this as a sample for review, and adding that to the customs form as well.  I will be shipping these myself, so I can also use my personal address and a non business label.  I can also send you a $10 receipt from those that pre-ordered.

We've never been able to collect on lost packages overseas anyway...so there is no need to send out an actual value for the kit.

If you think your post service is bad... If someone overseas orders a set of $3 vickers guns from the shop (or even just wants one gun), it costs $12.50 to ship it.  The US post got rid of all their small item rates, and now $12.50 is the minimum amount, unless the item is flat like a decal sheet, or can fit in a 4mm thick envelope.

If anyone just wants parts..let me know.  I am going to come out with a few more variants, so your extra tracks could find a home on a new hull this summer :D   I only had 30 kits in the first batch, so spares are hard to come by right now.

Great Escape games in the UK carries the CompanyB lineup.  So, if there is enough interest..I can probably stock them with this later this summer.  I can probably also set up some sort of deal to use them as the European outlet on future "big" LAF projects like this.

FYI, the E50 Jagdpanzer is next.  Then a flak turret as well as the radar turret.

I had no idea that the Portugese customs & excise had been founded by Kafka :o (& once our infallible political overlords complete their glorious task of turning back time I don't doubt the good people of the former UK can look forward to similar levels of arse-ache.)
Good point about Great Escape Games - if they'll carry them I'll certainly buy them.

Managed to paint one up last night.  Still needs final weathering and detailing.  I do have an F version all built, so hopefully I'll have both painted samples finished this week.
