I am eagerly anticipating the contest being over so I can post group shots.
Haha me too, for that and other reasons. I need to finish my Royal Navy Lieutenant's coat in time for a ball next week, and apparently painting and sewing time both come from the same budget
Also, it has been great to watch your army grow. Kind of wish I'd had the same focus instead of painting bits of disparate sets. Also, your photography and staging are getting to be quite good. Will we get to see some of your tanks this competition? (I know... spoilers...)
Also mikedemana, thanks for the continued kind words.
I cannot agree more. If there was a sportsmanship award within the league i would cry foul play if it didn't go to you, mikedamana! And, yeah, I was going for the "advancing under fire" look.
I love the use of the Perry plastic Mahdists. They work so well in that red. Very creative and unusual
And thanks Captain! I'm quite chuffed you like them. I chose the red clothes since I plan on using them as East Africans, and from my travels, red is a very popular color for traditional costume in Kenya.
