Forrest switched from normal sculpting to digital sculpting a few years back.  I agree - I had some of his previous stuff and I didn't even bother painting them.  His current digital stuff is available in 28 and 32mm (32mm being more in line with Black Scorpion).  I game with my minis a lot and take them to conventions etc.  I've had really poor luck with resin minis (including bubbles, breaking, powdery resin, and some TERRIBLE casts).  Metal for me at the moment.

My figures don't travel much - sometimes on a plane when we visit my parents (and my gaming brother and friends) in Tennessee.  So far so good there!
