Good to see more of your work, Andrei. I like the shade of Khaki you have chosen. I have always struggled to find a shade I am happy with, and am still searching for the perfect recipe.

And now, thanks to Google Translate I (probably) know the Russian for God Save the Queen! :)

Andrei,

Very nice!

I still have a battery's worth (3) of those screw-guns waiting to be painted up.  Hope they will turn out as well as yours.

Excellent! I have the same set in my NWF British force. Lovely models and you have painted them very well.

Yes, the Perry brothers' miniatures are always excellent! It was nice to paint them!

Very nice Andrei. I also agree with the other comments about the khaki. Good work
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Friends, if you are interested in my color khaki, I will share my way of coloring.
I use the paints Army Painter.
The basis is Desert Yellow. I add Skeleton Bone to it. The resulting color I put on a miniature. After drying I apply Soft Tone Ink. After drying, I cover with a matte varnish. I use a spray from Tamia. It will dry up when it dries.

Desert yellow!  :o This has made me want to experiment. Because for my Sikh units I wanted a slightly different colour of khaki to the British troops so they stood out on the tabletop. Thanks for the tip Andrei!
