Silchester, the Roman Town of Calleva Atrebatum

"Mr Steve" spent some time looking around the Roman town of Silchester and has posted a report and pictures of this interesting site.

Not only that but Easy Company of the 506th/101st Airborne got in on the report.

Love Silchester ruins only a 15 minute drive from home a great place to have a walk... every now and then you see an archaeological team there doing a dig... very interesting stuff
