Gotta keep my finger in this particular pie to make sure it gets completed.
I only need to finish painting Athena and I have a viable painted force to get a game in.
Just need to find the time to finish slapping her colours on, is all....

It has been a while but I finally got around to slapping paint on Athena yesterday.
She was originally going to be all white but I thought that looked a little boring so went for a blue cloak and crest to brighten her up a little.

I have yet to finish the basing so that she fits in with the rest of the Greeks as I could not find the bloody bases that I had bought specifically for Gods in OGAM.
I have found them now, though.....Sod's Law.

Anyway, here she is, which now means that I can field a fully painted force from the Greek pantheon.
There is more to add to the faction but I am happy to get going with what I have for now.

I started slapping paint on the Cyclops when I had finished and only then did I realise that the Bones figures are more detailed than they first appear.

I had not noticed the face carved on the club until paint had been used, even though it can be seen in the earlier picture (a bit more conversion has occurred since then, I should add).

That will have to go now, I think.
Or not?
What do you reckon: Too 'fantasy looking' with it?

Have to agree with you, Mason. The face on the club is slightly silly; your Cyclops (which is looking splendid, by the way) doesn't need such frippery,

The club on the Cyclops has been 'defaced' and should receive a bit of paint tomorrow arvo.
Oh, and the small matter of the Greeks first outing, facing off against Legionnaire Bert's Norse, happens tomorrow evening too...
