Are there any major uniform differences between Manchu and green banner troops? Such as headwear as I cannot find any info online.

Unfortunately that article has nothing about the uniforms they wore, I'"m tring to find out if there where any major uniform differences between the manchu banners and the han ones.

The main difference was about the headdress. For more info, the Osprey books about China and the Taiping rebellion are a goldmine of informations. If you want to delve further into the period, the Foundry book about Chinese armies is compulsory  ;)

With all this experience in Qing dynasty costumes you could also produce a hopping vampire ;) which would be useful for adventure in modern periods!
