Mounted Militia Conversions

Here are my Mounted Militia for the SC back country battles.
And some Mounted Officers for special regiments.

I was so stoked to get these back from John Bryant, who painted them. And boy did he not disappoint me. I really like these.
I put these up as WIP's, because I couldn't wait to show them off.
Once the groundwork dries I'll finish the bases and take some competed unit shots.

I made these from Perry bodies, KMM heads and various plastic arms. It was a lot of cutting, drilling and filing to get the figures the way I wanted them to look.
I'm really pleased with these and I have many more in the works.



















These are 4 different Officers......A Philly Associator. A VA officer,  a Loyalist line Officer and a Loyalist
Commander. Made with KMM heads. Many more are in the process.

I love the variation in these. They really look the part! You probably already know this, but Eureka have some ragged dragoons that would mix in well if you need even more variety.

A,  Yes, Nic  (Eureka) and I use the same sculptor (Allan Marsh) and we have traded sculpts back and forth.
I also bought a ton at Historicon when the first came over here.
I have all of his AWI line. It's fantastic!! And Nic is a peach to deal with.
