Vallejo Game Color to "Standard" Paint Conversion?

Hello, all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a conversion table between Vallejo Game Color (or really, any hobby paint) to the "Standard" craft paint names. For example, which VGC shade, if any, corresponds to Alizarin Crimson.

I ask because there are several wonderful books and tutorials on paint mixing, but they use craft paints, and it would be useful to try to apply the techniques with hobby paints.
