Second Scenario (Zombie Shoot) in Stargrave's Quarantine 37:

Played, for the first time, with 2d10 rather than a d20. Worked okay and seemed to reduce outrageous speccy rolls of 20 (though we did have to 00 and one 01).

Last Tuesday we played another Freebooters Fate Scenario "find the treasure", well fitting for a pirate game. 2 pirate, 1 imperial and a brotherhood gang competed with 1 of the pirate bands winning by getting the prise over their own table board.
These days it's Wargods and Warhammer Armies Project I am working on !

Solo game (to learn the rules) of DBN in 6mm.

It ended with an Austrian victory.

Not totally convinced by DBN yet, but I like that it's fast and simple and I certainly will give it a couple of more games before I make a judgement.

A couple of 4-player games of Scrapheap, introducing a new guy to wargaming for the first time (and hopefully not the last)

Herewith, a SPQR Warlord Games - Alexandrian Successor States game.

I wanted to play these rules again but with something other than Romans and or barbarians. Macedonians and Persians as well as Greeks are in the rules.

Excellent game.  Nice to see the Atlantic figures in use.  I have Greek, "Trojan" and Egyptian armies that have not seen action for many years but this inspiration may see them take the field!

Cheers for your comment above Dadlamassu - I have a soft spot for the old Atlantic miniatures I must admit... Funnily enough the German officer at the top of the church in this game is an Atlantic miniature. Loving the other games pictured here, especially liked Shandy's game lots of room for manoeuvre.

Herewith, a WWII Western Front - Fubar Game with both my sons - lucky dad.

A few pics of a 28mm Vietnam War game we played yesterday (16 Feb 22).  We used Fistful of Lead: Bigger Battles, with a dollop of Force on Force's Ambush Valley.  It was the battle of Dak Po (from FoF's AV).

Mick, it was an interesting game.  Part 1 of my AAR (Battle of Dak Po) is up on the "Conflicts That Came in From the Cold" section.  Part 2 (the final part) will go up later this afternoon...
